2. Payment Terms
Standard Orders
Full payment is required before order processing. Unpaid orders are held for 24 hours before automatic cancellation.
Custom Furniture
A 50% non-refundable deposit initiates production, with the balance due before delivery.
Corporate Clients
Approved credit accounts may pay within 7 days of invoice (PO required).
3. Security Measures
All card transactions are encrypted. For orders exceeding KES 50,000, we may request ID verification. M-Pesa payments must match the order's registered contact details to prevent fraud.
4. Pricing & Currency
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include 16% VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Quoted prices are valid for 24 hours.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- M-Pesa: 3 business days
- Cards: 5-10 business days (bank-dependent)
